Mandrel bent 2 1/8" tube in 20 gauge 304 Stainless Steel. Bent to 150 degrees with a center line radius of 2 1/2". The bend has a 6" front leg.
304 Stainless Steel is the most common grade of stainless steel. It has excellent forming and welding characteristics. 304 stainless has very good drawability; its combination of low yield strength and high elongation permits successful forming of complex shapes.
