A mandrel bend of 1 3/4" OD tube in 16 gauge 304 stainless steel. Bent to 90 degrees with a center line radius of 5". The bend has 8" long legs.
304 Stainless Steel is the most common grade of stainless steel. It has excellent forming and welding characteristics. 304 stainless has very good drawability; its combination of low yield strength and high elongation permits successful forming of complex shapes.
