Mandrel bent 2 3/4" tube in 16 gauge 304 Stainless Steel. Bent to 90 degrees with a center line radius of 5 1/2". The bend has 8" long legs.
304 Stainless Steel is the most common grade of stainless steel. It has excellent forming and welding characteristics. 304 stainless has very good drawability; its combination of low yield strength and high elongation permits successful forming of complex shapes. It offers excellent resistance to a wide range of atmospheric, chemical, textile and petroleum exposures.
